Ramen
We believe in tradition, research, and exploration. Every dish begins with the tenets that have made that recipe a favorite for hundreds of years, then we create. Our ramen starts with a classic broth but the end result is far from ordinary. We take something tried-and-true and make it completely novel.
Tacos
We are keenly aware of traditional practices that go into making great tacos. With that knowledge we use classic foundations like house made Oaxacan heirloom corn tortillas. The end goal is always the perfect bite.
